How to make payment

1. Sign up a User account

2. You will receive an Email with Payment instruction and Proforma Invoice after signing up.

3. Use Bank ATM method to Make payment

4. Keep the ATM Payment receipt as your record

5. Write below details Bigger and clearly on the ATM receipt

UserAcct, Payment Date, Inv Nbr

6. Take a Photo of the ATM Payment receipt

8.We will activate your account once we verify your payment and User acct

1.Registration

Each Service Account is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name or password for your Service Account with any other person for security reasons.
Responsibility for the security of your password for your Service Account rests with you.

2.You agree not to use harmful programs or launch any attack to any Vconet's users when using Vconet Mobile,PC Media  services.

3.You agree not to upload any harmful files or programs to anyone via Vonet mobile ,PC Media service.

4.You agree not to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others by your use of the Software or the mobile Service for photo, sounds and video.

5.Ability to Accept Terms of Service 
You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Vconet Mobile,PC media Service for photo,sound and video is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the vocnet Mobile Service for photo,sound and video. There are lots of other great web sites for you. Talk to your parents about what sites are appropriate for you. 

6.Mobile,PC Media Service,IPCam service  Access
Vconet hereby grants you permission to use the mobile ,PC media service for photo,sound and video  and Ipcam service as set forth in this Terms of Service, provided that: (i) your use of the mobile ,PC media service for photo,sound and video as permitted is solely for your personal, noncommercial use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Website in any medium without vconet's prior written authorization; (iii) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. 

7.Intellectual Property Rights
We are not responsible or liable for the content you send and share with any person through Vconet Mobile ,PC media service for photo,sound and video. Responsibility rests with you to find out the intellectual property rights of the content.

8.User's contents 
You shall be solely responsible for your own photo,sound and video content that you want to share with your friends and love ones or any person through vconet mobile ,pc media service.

9.You acknowledge that: 
We are not responsible for any connection or access to the Service by you or the quality of the transmission of any information submitted via the Service by you.
We cannot guarantee that the Service will work on all makes and models of Phones nor that they will be compatible with all mobile phone networks or be available in all areas. The service is depended on Mobile browser specifications for mobile phones.

9.1 You  have checked with respective Telco and understand Gprs charges and Telco DataPlan for surfing internet with Mobile 
or Pda-phones. You also acknowledge that mobile services are mobile network provider and ISP network dependent.

9.2 Vconet and its owner are not responsible for any Content accessible through use of the Service

10.Disclaimer 
We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However, there will be occasions when the operation of the Service will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment or other causes that are beyond our control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise such disruption where it is within our reasonable control. However, you acknowledge that we will not be responsible for any loss that you may suffer as a result of the Service being unavailable under such circumstances. You acknowledge that this mobile service is network and Telco dependent, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances.

11.Indemnity 
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless vconet,its employees,owners and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the vconet mobile,pc media  service for photo,sound and video; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the vconet mobile service for photo, sound and video. 

12.Limitation of Liability: 
IN NO EVENT SHALL Vconet, ITS EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR WEBSITE, (IV) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR WEBSITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (V) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE VCONET WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. 

13.Vconet reserves the rights to make changes without any prior notice and reserves the rights to evaluate and implement new terms and conditions to its services for unforeseen advancement and changes in Tecnology.
